Driven by purpose and a passion for positive impact, she founded “Agência Humana” in 2011, a company specializing in ESG projects and a pioneer in Humanized Marketing. Through this company, she has led hundreds of transformative projects in partnership with major brands and organizations, all aimed at positively impacting lives.
She also served as the head of LIDE - Business Leaders, a global networking platform, and in 2019, she founded her investment group, focusing on a diverse range of sectors. At “H2H Deal,” she leads multisectoral M&A, fundraising, and acceleration projects, particularly in Renewable Energy, Innovation for Impact, Health, Beauty and Well-being, Pharma, Consumer Goods, and Agriculture, overseeing both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

An economist graduated from FEA-USP, with an MBA in Finance from EAESP-FGV and a specialization in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from USP, he developed his career in the industrial, banking and electrical sectors in companies such as Duratex S/A, Banco Nacional, Banco Sudameris Brasil and Grupo AES Brasil in executive positions,
with an emphasis on planning, B2B business and customer relations. He worked in the urban mobility and impact business segment and specialized in M&A and structured Real Estate operations. At “H2H Deal” he leads the Real Estate and M&A vertical in the Energy,
Agriculture, Mobility, Consumer Goods, Food, Health, Hospital and other segments. He has extensive experience in client management, risk management, product profitability analysis and origination of structured operations, with a focus on results and financial management.

Lawyer specializing in Substantive and Procedural Labor Law, as well as Educational Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC/MG), with additional expertise in business law and project management. She is an arbitrator and mediator at the São Paulo Arbitration and Mediation Chamber (CARMESP). She has previously served as a legal consultant for the State Government of Maranhão,
where she was responsible for drafting bills related to the implementation of public policies. She also acted as an advisor to the Sousândrade Foundation and the State Council for the Regulation of Public Services (CONERMA). Her experience extends to academia, having served as the head of the Pro-Rectory of the University of Maranhão (UNIVIMA) and the Secretariat of Science and Technology,
where she coordinated inclusion and professional development programs across 114 municipalities in the state. She was the former Director of Planning at the Federal Labor Court and a member of the Judiciary Goals Committee at the National Justice Council. Additionally, she presided over the Environmental Committee of the 16th Region of the Regional Labor Court (TRT).

Currently a PhD candidate at the School of Law and a Research Associate at NOVA Green Lab, Nathália explores the intersection of law, finance, and climate policy, with a particular focus on the role of institutional investment in the just energy transition. Her research connects regulatory frameworks and market mechanisms that enable equitable and sustainable clean energy development.
Nathália holds a Master’s degree in European Pension Law from KU Leuven, a Master’s degree in Economic Constitutional Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from the Federal University of Ceará. Her academic career is further enriched by postgraduate studies in Banking Law (FGV-Rio) and International Contracts (PUC-SP), strengthening her multi-disciplinary and international approach to legal practice and policy innovation.
